What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a transformative practice that involves intentional control and manipulation of the breath to access altered states of consciousness and promote holistic healing. Through various breathing techniques, individuals engage in deep, rhythmic breathing patterns to release tension, increase oxygen flow, and activate the body's natural healing mechanisms. Breathwork sessions incorporate meditation, visualization, and music to deepen the experience and facilitate emotional release, spiritual awakening, and inner transformation. By harnessing the power of the breath, we can cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. We find presents, and peace.

Please be on time as the class starts promptly & the beginning instructions are critical to a successful session.

What to bring:

Remember to bring a

yoga mat, pillow, blanket, chapstick and water.

Wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating one hour before the session. *Reminder Breathwork may not be suitable during

pregnancy, especially later term. If you choose to participate, use caution.
